EM.CUBE's Planar.module is a planar structure simulator for modeling and design of printed antennas, planar microwave circuits, and layered periodic structures. Its simulation engine features a 2.5-D full-wave Method of Moments (MoM) formulation that provides the ultimate modeling accuracy and computational speed for open-boundary multilayer structures. The planar structure may contain unlimited numbers of metal layouts, slot traces, vertical interconnects and lumped elements interspersed among different substrate layers.
EMAGWARE has integrated the core functionality of its EMPiCASSO product into EM.CUBE's new planar.module. This integration provides more powerful CAD utilities, greater geometrical variety and versatility in importing and exporting many popular CAD formats for fast and accurate MoM simulation.
